General Agreement

1.1. SIA “Skrīveru Saldumi”, registration No. LV45403016339, registered address Daugavas iela 82, Skrīveri, Skrīveri, LV-5125 (hereinafter — Skrīveru Saldumi), guarantees the content available on the website www.skriverusaldumi.lv (hereinafter — the Website) and provides services subject to the terms and conditions described below and in line with the terms and conditions for the delivery of goods and returning of goods, other terms and conditions and the policy of the company’s activities, the description of which can be found on the Website, in relation to specified functions, elements or advertising and ensures customer service; all of the above listed has been included in these terms and conditions (hereinafter all together — Terms and Conditions) and constitutes an integral part of them. By accessing the Website or by using it you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to comply with them without limitations or conditions.

1.2. www.skriverusaldumi.lv reserves the right to amend the Terms of Use without prior warning.

1.3. If the client is purchasing the goods offered for sale on the Website www.skriverusaldumi.lv (hereinafter — the Goods) using the internet, such mutual agreement is considered to be a distance contract and is subject to the provisions governing such distance contracts, including, but not limited to, Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts, the law of the Republic of Latvia “Consumer Rights Protection Law” and the Republic of Latvia Cabinet Regulation “Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts”.

2. Privacy

2.1. Registration data shall be processed in compliance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law.

2.2. The information that you provide will not be transferred to third parties without your consent or used otherwise without prior notice.

2.3. During the registration process, no financial information will be requested from you; you will only have to provide data necessary to make the payment for the purchase and to execute the accompanying documents for delivery. The client accepts his personal data will be processed.

3. Accuracy of Information

3.1. When providing descriptions for the products available on the Website, we try to be as accurate as possible. If the product-related information (description, weight etc.) changes, www.skriverysaldumi.lv cannot guarantee that the Website will be constantly updated and all the current information will always be included.

3.2. Descriptions of Goods are provided for information purposes, and the use of the provided information does not create legal obligations between the visitors of the Website and its developers. The company does not assume any liability for the quality of the images of Goods, since it depends on the technical capacity of the monitor of the Purchaser.

3.3. The range of Goods changes on a regular basis, and www.skriverusaldumi.lv does not assume any liability for the shortage of specific goods or the inability to deliver them.

4. Prices of Goods

4.1. The prices of Goods are indicated on the Website with VAT included and without the cost of delivery.

4.2. The prices and the offer may change without prior warning. If the current price of Goods is different from the one indicated on the Website, www.skriverusaldumi.lv will contact you to negotiate on any further course of action. If www.skriverusaldumi.lv is not able to contact you, the order will be cancelled.

4.3. Payments can be made by wire transfer or in cash, depending on the selected type of delivery.

5. Delivery of Goods

5.1. The Goods can be delivered in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

To receive the Goods in Latvia,

the price is EUR 2.99 for receiving the Goods at an Omniva parcel machine;

the price is EUR 5.00 for receiving the Goods by courier.

To receive the Goods at an Omniva parcel machine in Lithuania and Estonia,

the price is EUR 6.99.

To receive the Goods in Europe, Asia, Canada and the USA,

the cost of delivery depends on the destination country and the weight of the ordered Goods.

5.2. For all orders exceeding EUR 30, Skrīveru Saldumi offers free delivery throughout Latvia.

6. Returning Goods

The purchaser may not exercise the right of withdrawal in respect of distance contracts:

6.1. for the supply of Goods which, because of their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

6.2. for the supply of food products or other Goods intended for immediate consumption in the household;

6.3. for the supply of Goods that have been damaged after delivery;

6.4. in other cases set forth in law.

7. Force Majeure

7.1. www.skriverusaldumi.lv is not liable for any delay, default or other failure to fulfil its obligation due to conditions or obstacles beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, strikes, government orders, military action or state of emergency of national scale, terrorism threats or actions, environmental or climate anomalies, third-party defaults, interruptions in the internet connection and failure of computer hardware or software. In the event of such force majeure conditions, we will do our best to remedy any delays as soon as possible.
